Elbow pain can affect work, hobbies, and sport. We assess the movements that bring it on and guide you through exercises and activity adjustments suited to your symptoms.
Tennis elbow and golfer's elbow affect tendons around the elbow and can develop with repeated gripping, lifting, or sport. We review your activity, wrist and arm strength, and how symptoms respond to load. The findings guide your exercise plan and adjustments to daily tasks.

A free 60-minute PT Evaluation includes your history, goals, postural pictures, and a movement assessment. Your therapist explains the findings and recommends a plan.
Hands-on care, mobility work, and progressive exercise address the needs identified in your assessment. Your physical therapist adjusts the plan as you respond.
When you are ready, training can help you keep developing strength and confidence. Your therapist and trainer coordinate the transition, with many members training about 3x a week.
Treatment may include hands-on care and gradual strengthening for the forearm, grip, and shoulder. We also review work tasks, equipment, and sport demands to help you adjust activity while building tolerance.
