Youth athletes performing agility ring drills at ADAPT: sport-specific training, middle school through college
Overview

Where Athletics fits in the system.

27 years of training athletes, from high schoolers chasing scholarships to 40-somethings and beyond who refuse to slow down. Dynamic strength, ballistic quickness, neuromuscular reaction. The same movement system we apply everywhere else, pointed at sport. Getting older doesn't mean giving things up.

The Game Planning Session is the door in for training: 60 minutes with Courtney, our Director of Training. We look at how you move, find what's getting in the way, and write you a plan that threads whichever parts of the system you need. You don't have to figure that out in advance. We figure it out together.

Inside Athletics

How the system shows up here.

Athletic Performance Training

Find the gap. Close it.

1-on-1 work that finds the movement vulnerability holding back your speed, power, and durability, then trains it until it's a strength. Built around four pillars: dynamic strength, ballistic quickness, neuromuscular reaction, structural capacity.

Athletic Group Training (AGT)

Athletes push athletes: small enough that we can still coach.

A competitive environment kept small enough that the coaching stays personal: adjustments made for the body in front of us, not the room. Speed, quickness, strength, and balance built in the same session.

Team Training

Built around your sport's calendar.

Packages built around your season: one-time clinics, weekly sessions, or off-season blocks. The space, equipment, and coaches scale with the team you bring in.

What we treat / who we serve

Common reasons people come in.

A

Youth athletic training

Middle school through high school. Sport-specific blocks for soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, football.

B

Return-to-sport programs

The next step between PT discharge and game day: same system, no handoff lost. Speed, agility, contact tolerance, and lower re-injury risk.

C

Team training

We work with local teams: packages built around your season. One-time clinics or weekly sessions.

D

Masters athletes

40+ runners, cyclists, climbers, lifters. Getting older doesn't mean giving things up: train hard, move with integrity, and keep doing what you love for years to come.

E

Performance assessment

Force-velocity, jump testing, asymmetry screening. Numbers, not vibes.

F

Off-season blocks

8–12 week blocks built around your sport's calendar. Peak when it counts.

Pain points we treat

Pain is the entry. Movement is the plan.

Each of these has its own page covering what it feels like, why it happens, how we restore it, and what to expect. The pain is the entry point; the plan is about finding what your body is compensating for and rebuilding it. Direct access in Oregon means you can start any of them without a referral.
