Your body doesn’t need more guessing.
ADAPT X brings the diagnostic thinking, coaching, and movement expertise of ADAPT directly to you, whether you’re recovering from an injury, returning to sport, training remotely, or simply need a smarter plan.
We don’t start with a program. We start with you.
Your first step is a free consultation with Noah. You’ll talk through what’s going on, what you want to get back to, and how ADAPT approaches the problem. From there, you decide whether to move forward with a diagnostic evaluation.
Your plan should match the problem.
ADAPT X is designed to route you into the right level of support based on what we learn, not sell you the same package as everyone else.
Performance Therapy
For more involved movement problems, persistent limitations, or situations requiring a higher level of clinical guidance.
Return to Sport
Structured trauma-recovery and return-to-activity support that can complement the care or athletic training you’re already receiving.
Remote Training
Ongoing coaching based on ADAPT principles, movement quality, and the physical capability required for the life or sport you want to participate in.
Program Design
For capable, independent people who need the right plan, progression, and checkpoints more than ongoing live coaching.
Expert guidance without needing to be in our building.
The goal isn’t to recreate a gym session over Zoom. It’s to give you access to ADAPT’s way of evaluating, thinking, and programming, wherever you happen to be.

Meet Noah LaMadrid
Noah's initial connection to ADAPT began when he entered high school on Kaua’i and continued through college with ADAPT Athletics. He competed at the Division III level at George Fox University (GFU) in both soccer and track & field (sprints and jumps). After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from GFU, he completed an ADAPT internship in 2019. He then pursued a career in athletic training, working with football and basketball teams at the Division II level. He then moved to the high school setting working with the innercity schools of San Diego. During that time, he also began working with professional tennis in Southern California and earned a Master's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in sports performance from Point Loma Nazarene University.
Noah returned to ADAPT in September 2022 in a part-time virtual role, supporting Waste Management teams in their Pacific Northwest region, including Canada. In January 2025 Noah transitioned to a full-time role to better serve ADAPT clients and athletes across the performance therapy, training, and industrial athletics departments.
When Noah isn't behind a screen, he trains and competes in Olympic weightlifting. Growing up on Kaua’i, he is no stranger to the outdoors. As an avid waterman living in San Diego, he continues to surf, bodyboard, bodysurf, and enjoy the ocean. He also spends time with his wife, Sara, hiking, camping, and playing recreational beach volleyball.
“We need to know enough about you to make the right recommendation, not just hand you a routine.”
That principle shapes the entire ADAPT X experience. Education first. Evaluation second. Prescription third. The program follows the person, not the other way around.
Digital when it should be. Tangible when it matters.
ADAPT X is being designed as more than a link to workout videos. Your program can include digital routines, video instruction, printable materials, and physical tools that make the work easier to use and harder to ignore.
Video Guidance
See what to do, how to do it, and what matters most.
Simple Routines
No bloated training app. Just the information you need.
Printable Option
Prefer paper? Print your routine and take it with you.
Welcome Kit
Physical tools and ADAPT resources delivered directly to you.
You don’t need to know which program you need.
That’s our job. Start with a free consultation with Noah. We’ll learn what’s going on, explain how ADAPT X works, and determine whether a diagnostic evaluation is the right next step.
