“Coach Sheldon and the whole team have been excellent. Auto accident left me with whiplash and a wrecked low back. Six months in, I'm back to skiing. Honest, evidence-based, and they listen.”

Neck pain can make desk work, driving, and sleep uncomfortable. If headaches are part of the problem, we assess whether your neck may be contributing and coordinate with your medical team when needed.
Neck pain can have several contributors, including injury, muscle strain, and sustained positions. Some headaches are related to the neck, while others need a different approach. We review your symptoms and assess neck movement, strength, and related daily demands to guide treatment.
Common concernsA free 60-minute visit with a licensed physical therapist. We'll discuss your symptoms, assess your movement, and recommend your next steps.
A free 60-minute PT Evaluation includes your history, goals, postural pictures, and a movement assessment. Your therapist explains the findings and recommends a plan.
Hands-on care, mobility work, and progressive exercise address the needs identified in your assessment. Your physical therapist adjusts the plan as you respond.
When you are ready, training can help you keep developing strength and confidence. Your therapist and trainer coordinate the transition, with many members training about 3x a week.
Treatment may include hands-on care, neck and upper-back mobility work, and strengthening. We also discuss practical adjustments to activities that bring on symptoms. For accident-related injuries, we coordinate with your treating physician and MVA/PIP carrier.
