Who it's for

Built around where your body is today.

  • A.Pregnant members who want to stay strong, not just stay safe
  • B.First-trimester clients new to training and overwhelmed by what's safe
  • C.Postpartum members 6+ weeks out cleared by their OB
  • D.Members managing diastasis recti, pelvic floor concerns, or back pain
Inside a session

Programming adjusts trimester by trimester. What's appropriate at 14 weeks isn't at 34. Post-delivery, the work focuses on restoring deep core, glutes, and pelvic floor (getting the right muscles doing the right job again) before progressively rebuilding strength and conditioning capacity.

Schedule & format

Most clients book about 1–2x a week through pregnancy and ramp up postpartum. Consistency is what carries the work forward. Courtney holds a recurring weekly window for pre/post natal clients. Coordinated with your OB or midwife if needed.

How it pairs

Many pre/post natal clients combine private training with our physical therapy team for pelvic floor or back-pain support: one system, one shared plan, the same read on how your body moves. Postpartum members often move into small-group classes once strength returns.
