During this one-hour session you will be taken through an in-depth evaluation, from which the practitioner will design a customized exercise program that will work to disengage any protective response and allow for your recovery to begin.

Naturopathic and Physical Medicine Treatments can be used to support total body freedom, sustained energy, balanced hormones, sleep, mental well-being, stress relief and an overall increased quality of life.

Physical Medicine

An evaluation of your tissue health will be performed through a combination of palpation, muscle energy techniques and body movements. The techniques utilized will serve not only as your assessment but also work as part of your treatment. Based on the evaluation outcome, your custom treatment protocol will be created and may include:

Naturopathic Consultation

A consultation of your health concerns. Together with Dr. David, you will prioritize your health goals and determine a plan of action towards meeting these goals. Dr. David will work adjunctly with your primary care physician to best support your health journey. Available services include, but are not limited to:

  • Supplement Recommendation

Dr. Mariah Stolle graduated in 2019 with a Doctorate of Science degree in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Science degree in Oriental Medicine from The National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training. Her passion lies in physical medicine and the magical ability of the human body to heal. Dr. Stolle has been an ADAPT member since Oct. 2012. Her favorite part of being a client is the fitness variety. As she currently holds the record for handstand time, naturally, it is her favorite adapt exercise.

This 3-Session program is designed to address acute JOINT SPRAINS and MUSCLE STRAINS. During the 3 sessions, practitioners will work to:

  • Neutralize joint in the optimal healing position
  • Re-establish joint function
  • Eliminate vulnerability of a secondary injury
  • Increase durability

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)

If you have been in a car accident, your treating physician may prescribe additional physical therapy and/or massage services as part of your recovery plan. At ADAPT our team of practitioners work together to provide a comprehensive and customized treatment plan to facilitate your rehabilitation.
