Our most comprehensive diagnostic, the Physical Therapy Evaluation includes postural pictures and a full movement assessment to ensure that we are getting the most accurate and clear picture of your body. Our in-depth evaluation helps to establish a baseline starting point to help you identify vulnerabilities and compensatory mechanisms, and create a plan to decrease pain, increase your strength and ultimately return to higher levels of performance.

ADAPT’s Performance Therapy program consists generally of 5-10 sessions (including the physical therapy evaluation). Each appointment is scheduled with the same practitioner who will guide you through your recovery process, provide you with a new (progressive) customized routine and a progress update based on your physical presentation and reporting. Opportunities for both In-Person and Virtual sessions are available.
