How to Start
Individual Training - Initial Evaluation
Setting up an initial evaluation and consultation is the best way to be introduced to the ADAPT Training system.
An ADAPT trainer will talk you through our unique approach to training the human body and acquire a detailed personal physical history. You will be taken through a functional analysis to determine the most efficient training progression to achieve your physical goals. We will then take your through the first routine in your individualized progression.

Your Training Progression
At this point, it is your decision if you want to go further with our system. If you feel this system is not for you, there is no obligation to purchase the first routine. If you decide to purchase the routine, you will then reschedule for a follow-up evaluation to determine how your body reacted to the chosen exercises. At this point, your ADAPT trainer will make a recommendation based on your goals to determine what training progression is best suited for your needs!
