Orlando Gomez, PT
Physical Therapist and Firefighter
Orlando joined the ADAPT team in 2006 physical therapist. He graduated from Florida International University in 1991 with a degree in physical therapy and a BS in exercises science. He worked in the trauma center in Miami, FL. for 5 years with extensive experience with neurology, orthopedics and spinal cord injuries. Orlando moved to Portland 1998 working for the Legacy Health system until 2002. He then became a fulltime firefighter for Portland in 2001 as well as a national ACE fitness instructor.. He began training here at ADAPT experiencing,first hand, the philosophy and training that has changed so many lives over the years.
His experience as a PT and a firefighter as well as his encouraging nature give him a unique perspective to lead his clients to successful outcomes. Orlando enjoys hiking, mountain biking, camping and most of all spending time with his wife, son and dog Buddy
