FAVORITE ADAPT EXERCISE and WHY?: Hero Squat — I knew that when I could effectively complete this exercise, my rehabilitation from ACL replacement surgery was complete.  Thanks to ADAPT, that happened in half the time my physician anticipated!

FAVORITE ADAPT EXERCISE and WHY?: Hero squats; When I first came to ADAPT, I had gone through two ACL surgeries and could not sit back on my knees. After a couple months, I had full range of motion in my knees with zero pain.
