Please ask the ADAPT receptionist for enrollment information on Athletic's Speed and Power, (SAP). There is a level 4 test required for gym members to enter the SAP class.
Brian Cassidy teaches this class.

Instructor approval is required for participation in the Advanced, 5:00PM class.

Open Hours

ADAPT members are always welcome to use the gym anytime the facility is open. Also there are a variety of preplanned workouts available for your use. However, if a class or other program is in session, please workout in the areas and facilities of the gym that are not being used.

For a guided tour and explanation of the ADAPT training philosophy, please visit our gym between 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday.
