Personal training is the most effective method of attaining your physical goals. The ADAPT training system is based on the ability to find the correct physical demand to create the desired outcome for our clients. When you work directly with an ADAPT trainer, the exercises can be constantly modified as your body makes adjustments and reacts to the movements. Also your trainer can let you know of important adjustments to make to your form.
Having an ADAPT trainer oversee your entire program ensures the fastest and most productive outcome. This is not your standard personal training program, everything in the program is customized and altered for your benefit. Your goals, physical condition, and personal likes will determine the type of program designed for you.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Single Session: $85
10 sessions ($75/session): $750
20 sessions ($65/session): $1,300
Intro Special ($65/session up to 10): $65
Student Rate* $65
* To receive the student rate, you must be enrolled and actively attending school/ college classes. We also request that a credit card be on file for the convenient automatic billing of each session.
GROUP TRAINING
Small 2 - 5 : 1 session: $105
Small 2 - 5 : 10 sessions: $945
Large 6 - 10 : 1 session: $130
Large 6 - 10 : 10 sessions: $1,170
