Check out this short video of Jerod Warf, Warrior Camp instructor. Jerod is the Head Trainer at ADAPT and trains clients ranging from people with traumatic spinal cord injuries to elite athletes. He works tirelessly to find the most efficient way for bodies to move, including his own.
“What an awesome month of training with my fellow Warriors.
I feel stronger than ever and achieved more than I could have imagined.
Thanks to Jerod for kicking my butt (a lot firmer by the way) and
to all Warriors for their support. Couldn't ask for a more motivated
tribe to sweat with. The "it takes a village" thing is definitely true.
I couldn't have done it without you. Thanks again for helping,
the camp elder.” PAM L., WARRIOR CAMPER, APRIL 2011
