Your First Day

GymWelcome and thank you for choosing to partner with ADAPT Advanced to achieve your goals of recovery. We look forward to helping you Achieve Beyond Expectations! In order to ensure you are adequately prepared both mentally and physically for the demand of our program, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Wear athletic attire appropriate for a full body workout.

Make sure all clothing allows for full range of motion and your shoes are suitable for working out.

Bring a change of clothes.

Given the level of physical exertion, accidents can and do happen. This is nothing to be embarrassed about. We are accustomed to dealing with any situations that arise in a discreet manner. If you have a change of clothes with you, we can continue your workout

Bring water!

Hydration is key to maintaining alertness for the duration of the session.

Make sure that you have eaten prior to your session.

This will ensure that your energy levels are maintained for the duration of the workout.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first session to prepare and complete any unfinished paperwork.
