ADVANCED BOOT CAMPS
ADAPT Advanced is proud to introduce three different Advanced Boot Camps to help you reach your physical goals in the shortest possible time.
You’ve never experienced a progressive style Boot Camp like this before. ADAPT Advanced trainers will specifically tailor your Boot Camp to suit your needs and provide your body with a well-deserved challenge. Each session will incorporate dynamic and challenging exercises designed to take your body to the next level, with each day building off the last. If you are looking for an opportunity to jump-start your workout, or want to challenge yourself to reach the limits of your physical and mental capabilities, our Advanced Boot Camps are the perfect option for you.
Our Advanced Boot Camps are Right for You if...
- You train hard each week but need an opportunity to be instinctual, feel challenged, and bring out your competitive side.
- You have specific, concrete physical goals, and need someone to provide you with the tools to help you achieve them.
- You are an athlete who craves periodic high-intensity workouts.
Pre-Requisite: The ADAPT Advanced Evaluation
1-Week Camp: $1000
The 1-week camp is designed to help you accomplish small goals in a short amount of time. If you live out of town or work full-time, and can commit to a week of training this is a good option for you.
- 5 Sessions (10 Hours)
- 1 Acupuncture Session
- 1 Massage Session
- Boot Camp T-Shirt
- Advanced Recovery Routines
2-Week Camp: $2000
The 2-week camp is designed for the individual committed to spending half a month maximizing their performance level. During this camp you will receive a Wellness Consultation that is not included during the 1-week camp. If you have a vacation coming up and have two weeks to get in shape, or time off work to focus on training this is a great option.
- 10 Sessions (20 Hours)
- 2 Acupuncture Sessions

4-Week Camp: $4000
The 4-week camp is designed for the serious individual committed to dedicating a month to achieving their physical goals. You will make the most dramatic gains during this month of therapeutic treatments and intense workouts. In this camp you will receive a Wellness Plan, which is not included in any other camp. If you want amazing results, you can’t go wrong with this option.
- 20 Sessions (40 Hours)
- 4 Acupuncture Sessions

- Wellness Plan (Including Food Diary interpretation and Dietary/Wellness plan)
